1. HOW TO GET REWARD POINTS?
a. Earn Feedback points by offering useful suggestions to our feedback system. We may offer you points for each of your significant ideas that we deem helful in better serving our customers.
b. Earn Giveaway points by actively participating our promotional campaigns on Choies Social Network Site or joining Choies Fashion Blogger Program. Our staff will offer you points according to your level of participation.
c. Please add email@example.com to your email white list, our marketing emails will publish activities for you to earn points from time to time.
2. HOW DO I VIEW MY POINTS?
Log into your account and scroll down to where it says "Point History" on the left navigation in order to see all of your accumulated points. When you place your order and go through payment process, you will also see Points Payment section and view the points you can redeem.
3. IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY POINTS CAN BE EARNED IN A DAY?
Yes, there are certain limits and thresholds on points that can be earned by doing the activities and/or combination of activities on participating sites of Points program in a day. These thresholds are controlled by complex algorithms to prevent the abuse of the reward system and to ensure the quality of the content posted.
1. WHAT IS THE CONVERSION FOR POINTS TO CASH?
1 point = 1 cent in cash, that's 100 points=$1
2. HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS I'VE EARNED?
- Sign into your account and Add items to your bag or vise versa.
- When viewing your bag or upon checkout, look for the Points Payment section to see points available. When you click REDEEM, your order total will automatically be updated with the discount.
- Click "Place Order".
- Points can not be used to pay shipping insurance.
3. CAN I COMBINE MY COUPON CODES?
Yes, this is actually done automatically for your convenience. Coupon redemption section is prior to Points Payment section when you go through check out process, you can use your code first, then use your points.
4. IF I CANCEL OR RETURN AN ITEM. WILL POINTS USED WITH THE ITEM BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Yes. The points used for the purchase of an item are returned to your activated points account if the product is cancelled or returned.

- Register at Choies to get 15% off coupon code for your first order. The code will be issued to "My Coupons" in your account and an email with the code will also be sent to the email address registered.
- We periodically send out gift coupon codes via our marketing campaigns. Keep an eye on our website's promotional section or sign up for our newsletter to get more discounts!
- You may also participate in our promotional campaigns on Choies Facebook and our fashion blogs. Our staff may offer you all kinds of campaign codes.

- Coupon Codes will only be applied to the item(s) with full price (including VIP price), sale price excluded.
- Coupons Codes are intended for single use only.
- Coupon Codes may not be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling, or other charges.
- Coupon Code offers are only valid for a limited time and only while supplies last.
- Coupon Codes may not be redeemed after their expiration date.
- You may only use one Coupon Code per purchase.
- Coupon Codes may not be combined with other special offers.

2. WHERE CAN I USE COUPONS?
To redeem a Coupon Code, go through your check out process and look for the box at the bottom of the page labeled "Enter Coupon Code". Simply enter the Coupon Code and click the "Apply" button, and the discount will automatically be applied to your order.
If you don't have a Coupon Code, we'll help you find one. In the same box where you enter your Coupon Code, there is a link that says "Code List". Click that link to see a list of all available offers.Note:
- Please do not include spaces when entering the code.
- Choies reserves the right of final interpretation for the use of Coupon Codes & Points.
3. IF I CANCEL MY ORDER OR RETURN ITEM(S), DO I LOSE MY COUPON?
If a coupon is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in your order, you will be refunded the actual amount paid and your coupon will no longer be valid.
If a coupon is redeemed on a multiple item order, the value of the coupon is divided equally between those items. If one of those items is cancelled, rejected, or issued either a full or partial refund, the coupon savings cannot be transferred to the remaining items in the order.
4. WHAT IF MY COUPON CODE DOES NOT WORK?
After applying your Coupon Code, on the Coupon Payment Section during the CHECKOUT process, your discount should appear. There may be several reasons if this does not occur:
- You have entered the Coupon Code incorrectly. Please re-check the code number and re-enter it. Coupon codes do not include spaces
- You are trying to apply a discount to a product not included in the coupon offer or of sale price.
- Your coupon has expired.
